At Toscana Moda, we operate as a wholesale supplier for registered businesses.

Due to the wholesale nature of our products, all sales are final unless items are faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Description of the fault

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, credit note, or refund where applicable.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
